Common questions
I recharged but my balance hasn't updated.
Most payments reflect within a few minutes. If it hasn't updated after 30 minutes, raise a complaint in the app with the payment reference and time. Please don't pay again — the original payment will be reconciled.
My supply was disconnected. How do I restore it?
Recharge so that your balance is above the minimum set by your society. Supply is restored automatically once the meter receives the updated balance, which usually takes a few minutes.
Why are grid and DG shown separately?
During a power cut, your home runs on the society's DG backup, which costs more to run. Your usage on each source is recorded separately and charged at its own rate, so you only pay the DG rate for what you actually used on DG.
Why is a fixed amount deducted every day?
Most tariffs include a fixed charge based on your sanctioned load, and some societies collect maintenance daily. The exact charges are listed in your account under bills or deductions.
I'm a tenant. Can I have my own login?
Yes. Ask the owner or your society office to add you as the tenant on the unit. You'll then be able to log in with your own mobile number.
I'm moving out. What happens to my balance?
Inform your society office before you move. A final reading is taken and your balance is settled according to your society's policy.
